Follow these few simple and quick steps to Track and Receive your Remittance Money on your IME Pay Digital Wallet:
Step 1: Go to “Remittance” option on the bottom right side of the home page
Step 2: Tap “Track Money” on the left side of the screen
Step 3: Tap on country and you will see a list where you can search and select the sender country.
Step 4: Enter the Control Number as sent by the sender and hit the next icon.
Step 5: Money availability status is shown in detail here. If your remittance is available to be received you may find your nearest Agent to receive it in cash by tapping “Nearby Agents”.
Step 6: If you want to receive your remittance directly in your wallet, tap on “Receive Money”.
Step 7: Enter your 4-digit wallet pin number.
Step 8: Review your transaction details and tap on the Receive button
Step 9: You will have now received your remitted amount directly in your IME Pay Wallet Account. Tap on “Done”.
You can now convert your IME Pay Digital Wallet to a Superwallet and Get Interest on your wallet balance. Go to your Profile of your IME Pay App to learn more…
