• Go to ‘Home’ and tap on ‘Electricity’ under ‘Utility Bill Payment’.
  • Enter your SC number and consumer ID. Select ‘Branch’ from drop-down menu and tap on ‘Proceed’. You’ll see your NEA account details.
  • Enter amount to be paid and tap on ‘Pay Bill’.
  • Enter your 4-digit PIN number and tap on ‘Confirm’.
  • You will receive in-app notification on your IME Pay once your electricity bill payment is successful.
